We must never allow mediocrity to be our standard.   When we have no standards, our lives become crowded with unrealistic expectations.   One who lacks standards runs the risk of loosing themselves.   When we develop standards, it allows us to be who we are and to know we are accepted on that basis.  There is no reason for us to settle for less.
