Richard Raw and Word Warrior perform a free all ages concert at the newly restored SugarBowl pavilion on Brandywine Park. There were food trucks, vendors, beer/wine and more. The show ran from 6:30 p.m. To a little after 8:00 p.m. The community brought lawn chairs and grooved to blend of Afrobeat. Hip Hop, Soul, Reggae, Funk, Rock and more. The audience screamed encore as Word Warrior broke into the famous Richard Raw song "Muhhamad Ali". Thanks to friends Brandywine parks for allowing us to give a free show in this space!!

Richard Raw and special invited guests Aziza Nailah, students Cortex and Zen Ali with musical backdrop from DJMikeNite perform for youth at Kosciuszko Park courtesy of The City Of Wilmington and The Grand Opera House. The drizzles of rain quickly subsided as the park swelled with youth who danced and sang along all evening. This was the second year that Richard Raw has performed for the Summer In The Park Music Series. As Raw says, "we must keep our youth engaged" and Summer In The Parks has done just that. Richard Raw gave an interactive performance that allowed local youth to sing along with many of the tunes. Raw educated during the evening, speaking to the children about local greats like Clifford Brown, Bob Marley and more!!!
