RICHARD RAW'S DAILY MEDITATION
There will never be another you in the history of the world. You are a sacred and unique moment in the cosmos. You are the stuff life is made of, the essence of being. Your crown has been granted, its waiting for you to put it on!!!
RICHARD RAW IS SET TO PERFORM AT THE 1ST PAN AFRICAN SYMPOSIUM IN BALTIMORE ON SEPTEMBER 14TH!!!
The purpose of the Pan-Afrikan day of Solidarity is to establish a day on which Afrikan people can congregate in a communitarian spirit to pay homage to African deities, revere African ancestors, honor African elders; and demonstrate a show of Pan-Afrikan Solidarity, by bringing together Afrikan people in the Diaspora and from the continent, to stand in Unison. Among other things, the Pan-Afrikan Day of Solidarity is about the celebration of Afrikan Family-hood, Afrikan History and Afrikan Culture. It’s about raising the social consciousness and deepening the political awareness of Afrikan people. In addition, this day is about networking with one another, promoting Afrikan unity and propagating Pan-Afrikanism. In short, the purpose of the Pan-Afrikan Day of Solidarity is to create a harmonious atmosphere wherein Afrikan people can commune in a celebratory spirit, to re-affirm the Afrikan personality.
The Pan-African Symposium is not about entertainment; it is not just an event to make people feel good. Nor is it an information flaunting forum. The Pan-African Symposium is an extension of the Pan-African Day of Solidarity, which is a movement. At the core of the symposium is development and rectification. Therefore, The Pan-African Symposium is transformative in the sense that African people will be touched in ways that inspire productive change within the lives. Thus, the Pan-African Symposium will serve as an experience wherein healthy socialization is promoted and fostered. It will be a consciousness building experience!

Afrikan-Centered Consciousness Versus The New World Order "Garveyism In The Age Of Globalism"
by Amos N. Wilson
Book Review from Greg D | Dr. Wilson’s delineation of the TRUE Black Nationalist is, alone, worth the price of the book. He frames his argument by first capturing the essence of the life and work of the great Afrikan redeemer, Hon. Marcus Garvey. Subsequently, he provides the global Afrikan community a “checklist” with which to judge the TRUE Afrikan Nationalist. One is thus armed with the tools to differentiate between Black leaders and “leading” Blacks.

RICHARD RAW'S DAILY MEDITATION
We must never allow mediocrity to be our standard. When we have no standards, our lives become crowded with unrealistic expectations. One who lacks standards runs the risk of loosing themselves. When we develop standards, it allows us to be who we are and to know we are accepted on that basis. There is no reason for us to settle for less.
