This after-hours event celebrates the last weeks of the exhibition "Dream Streets: Art in Wilmington 1970–1990". Join us for an outdoor festival featuring throwback hip-hop and breakdancing performances by Street Xpressions Arts Organization, Inc. with hip hop, soul, and house music by DJ Scarfo.
