"How can we not include that song"? - DJ MikeNite I recorded 52 records for my upcoming album which is a modest number if you ask me. One of the most difficult aspects of putting an album together is leaving certain songs off. When I played the unused songs for my DJ/Engineer he kept saying "why aren't we using that one"? This is when I second guess myself, but I chose 14 strong records and I have to live with this decision. I would love to drop a double album but that's unrealistic. I asked my fans (on social media) how many records should I settle on and general consensus said 14. We hope to release some of the unused songs leading up to the release of the album. I spend weeks sequencing my albums. I will listen to my album over and over and over making sure that it flows properly. A poorly sequenced album can make people hate certain songs. Sequencing an album is placing songs in chronological order. The album has to have a certain flow where songs sort of tell a story. I am finally satisfied with the sequencing of "Conversational Piece". I'm more than excited to share my third album with the world!! May 2015!! Richard Raw
